Ableton Live in to OBS to livestream- Audio cutting out after a few seconds/minutes

Hey all. I am using OBS on my M3 macbook. I am using display capture to send audio from my second monitor, with ableton live running on that screen. Typically, ableton will send audio to OBS for only a short time before the audio stops going to the OBS display capture channel. I am live streaming and it's pretty frustrating because after a short time, I have to basically reset the display capture and then the audio stops again.
- Ableton's audio output is set to my audio interface so I can hear it through my headphones while streaming
-I have an input channel from that same interface for my microphone so I can use my nice microphone through a separate mono audio input set to my interface
-the display capture channel picks up ableton though only for a short time and it kind of randomly cuts out.
- I have a sidechain compressor so my voice can cut through the audio from my ableton If I am speaking and listening back to music at the same time

Is there some kind of issue with Ableton not being able to be picked up from the display capture AND send audio to my interface for headphone monitoring? I am happy to try sending ableton to another audio output as long as I can then monitor it, which I could do within OBS especially if that would stop this problem.

Any help is appreciated.

Today I figured out how to setup Live with OBS.
Try this.
1 U need to download blackhole 2 ch
2 Install it and go to audio midi setup
3 create aggregate device
4 connect your audio cart with BH via check boxes and using mouse drag your cart, it must be first in order and BH second
4.1 U will see sum of input and output channels, not colored are BH. U need to memorize numbers.
I have Volt 476. 4 ins and 4 outs and 2 BH ins and outs = 6 ins and 6 outs (master sits on 1,2 and BH sits on 5,6)
5 Live side. On master channel add effect rack. Into rack add external audio rack and set audio to 1,2 is master OUT, then double out and do the same with out but use 5,6 for master out for BH
6 In OBS U need to add sound capture source = Blackhole 2ch
